How much do you charge?
I estimate most of my jobs on a per-project basis, reserving my per-hour rate for time spent counseling clients in person or over the phone. This way, everybody knows the budget up front and there are no surprises at the end of a job. I do however, work on retainer for long-term and multiple project jobs.
How fast can you turn around an advertising project?
As a Freelance Copywriter and Internet Marketing Consultant, I do specialize in quick turnarounds - especially for campaign development and traditional branding projects. However, please understand that the more time I have for research and development, the better the result. RARELY is getting it done quickly more effective than getting it done right.
Do you work onsite or off-site?
I work mostly offsite, but I love working on-site, especially at advertising agencies where I can brainstorm with other Creatives. My minimum onsite tenure is a one day. My longest onsite project lasted four months with communications giant, Alcatel.
Do you travel to work onsite?
Yes, I travel all over the country. I have been flown in to work on projects ranging from the IBM annual report and Caterpillar’s international marketing strategy to simple corporate capability brochures.

What is your favorite type of advertising assignment?
My favorite types of projects are Internet marketing, traditional advertising assignments and corporate branding projects - print, radio, TV, direct mail, naming projects, etc. I also enjoy web site content development and search engine optimization campaigns.
